
Devin E. Krecl is President of Capitol Strategy Group, where he brings over a decade of experience navigating the intersection of public policy, government affairs, and strategic advocacy. Since joining the firm in 2014, Devin has played a critical role in shaping and executing legislative and regulatory strategies for a diverse portfolio of healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical association clients.
His expertise spans public affairs, lobbying, PAC management, association leadership, grassroots and grasstops mobilization, and executive consulting. In addition to his legislative acumen, Devin leads internal operations, overseeing firm-wide marketing, event planning, human resources, and strategic planning—ensuring both clients and teams are equipped for long-term success.
Devin began his tenure with Capitol Strategy Group as a Government Affairs Associate in 2015, quickly rising through the ranks due to his results-driven leadership and strategic insight. Today, he serves as a trusted advisor to major healthcare organizations and Fortune 500 companies, including the Medical Association of Georgia, Georgia Society of Ophthalmology, Georgia Psychiatric Physicians Association, Georgia College of Emergency Physicians, Georgia Society of Ambulatory Surgery Centers, American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, Georgia AIDS Coalition, PhRMA, Resurgens Orthopaedics, United Musculoskeletal Partners, Intuitive Surgical, Strategic Health Partners, GlaxoSmithKline, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, and Quest Diagnostics.
A graduate of Kennesaw State University, Devin holds a B.S. in Political Science with a concentration in Government and Professional Politics, along with a Minor in Business Management.
Devin resides in Woodstock, Georgia with his wife Leah, their two sons, Brooks and Chace, and their Labrador Retriever, Calvin. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling with his family and spending time outdoors.
