Diana Klenske Kincaid

Diana Klenske Kincaid brings three decades of knowledge and experience in the field of political fundraising. Since founding Capitol Strategy Group (CSG) in 2004, she has led the fundraising efforts for many prominent elected officials including Attorney General Chris Carr, Former HHS Secretary and Congressman Tom Price, Congressman Austin Scott, U.S. Senator Saxby Chambliss, Governor Nathan Deal, and Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker.

Diana oversees the fundraising division of CSG and frequently serves as a consultant on fundraising projects for candidates including several presidential and gubernatorial candidates, PACs, and party organizations seeking to raise funds in Georgia and other states in the southeast.
She has also led her team to organize numerous fundraising efforts for ballot initiatives and referenda, super PACs, 501(c)(4) and 501(c)(3) entities, and state legislators.

Diana is recognized as an expert in formulating detailed and creative finance plans to
meet the campaign budget and then work directly with the candidate and team to
implement and execute the strategy. Campaign budget dynamics are often fluid
necessitating the finance plan is closely monitored and adjusted as needed, which is
one of her major strengths. Among the other demands of any campaign, fundraising
events are typically a significant element of any plan, and Diana is an experienced
event planner. She routinely organizes hundreds of events each election cycle
ranging from smaller events such as receptions with fundraising goals ranging from
$10-$25,000 or more to major events with hundreds of guests, each with goals in
excess of $50,000 to $3 million plus.

Diana began her fundraising career at the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) in Washington, D.C. While at the NRSC for two election cycles working under past Chairmen U.S. Senators Don Nickles and Phil Gramm, she climbed the ranks to become the Director of the Senate President’s Council, the Committee's PAC donor program, and traveled to various states to organize fundraising events for U.S. Senate candidates with the President and Vice President.

A graduate of Emory & Henry College in Virginia, Diana has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in French.
